RETURNS

If the item/s you receive are damaged or not satisfactory in any way please contact us on 0845 3 881 901 or E-mail on fashion@designerfashionsuk.com to discuss returning them. All items that are returned must be in the same pristine condition must not have been worn and with all labels and tags still attached.

If the goods are the wrong size you can return them to us at your expense for a replacement. Please indicate what size you need to replace them with. Before sending any items please contact us on 0845 3 881 901 or E-mail on fashion@designerfashionsuk.com.

Any faulty or wrong sized items must be returned in their original packaging at your expense within 7 days. We regret that we cannot accept the return of goods which have had the Labels and tags removed. Once we have checked that the returned goods are in pristine condition and have not been worn we will refund the cost of the item to you immediately.

We guarantee our goods for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Faulty goods can be returned, at your cost, for up to 7 days for a full refund.
